Anna Marie joined Galloway Hughes as a Partner in 2022, where she is the Team Manager of the Residential Property team, working alongside Kate and Karl.
In addition to her team management responsibilities, Anna Marie continues to handle her own caseload, and has a wide breadth of experience across all practice areas of Residential Property. She specialises in acting for high-net-worth private individuals, companies and investors covering all aspects of residential property work including buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties and acting for both banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
With over 14 years’ experience, Anna Marie has also acted for landed estates in dealing with their property interests, including leasehold enfranchisement, estate management and residential tenancy matters as well as acting developer-side on a number of high-value Prime Central London developments.
Anna Marie is recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in The Legal 500 2022.
Prior to joining Galloway Hughes, Anna Marie spent the previous 16½ years at a leading London law firm based in Mayfair, having joined the firm as a trainee in 2005.
